Soaked in a sumptuous marinade for 24 hours, this chicken might be a little tipsy but boy is it tasty! Grilled over hardwood and finished with a craft beer BBQ glaze, it might leave you with ‘sticky fingers’ but also a smile on your face.
Nana’s Garlic Mashed Potatoes
It’s our family’s secret recipe. Loaded with roasted garlic, rich whip cream and lots of love, just the way Nana used to make it.
Sweet and Spicy Smokin’ Beans
These beans are our smokin’ good. You’ve never tasted something like this! Smoked for 2 hours to develop that deep smoke flavour, then topped with our spicy house-made Pineapple chutney.

The real deal. Tender, pull-apart pork that melts in your mouth! Smoked low and slow over Cherry wood for 10- 12 hours for an unmatched smoky taste, then drizzled with your choice of our homemade Classic BBQ sauce or Carolina-style Mustard Vinaigrette sauce for that extra tangy finish.
Greek Grilled Pork Tenderloin
This is a safe gamble. Your guests will love the moist meat of this pork tenderloin, marinated for 24 hours in our in-house Lemon Greek marinade (Opa!), and grilled to perfection over hard wood charcoal.
Maple Smoked Brisket
If we were to give you an inside bet, this would be it! Our brisket is tumbled in our homemade Beef rub made of secret spices and smoked with Maple hard wood, for that smoky-on-the-outside, tender-on-the-inside taste.
Sous Vide Roast beef
This beef is no bluff! Coated in our signature steak seasoning then cooked delicately in a Sous-Vide for an always-juicy finish, this beef will have your guests asking for the recipe! Served with your choice of house-made Gravy or Horseradish Cream.
Low and Slow Smoked Baby Back Ribs
Our famous headliner starts with our tender Baby Backs, smoked low and slow for deep rich flavor and pull-off-the-bone juiciness, then smothered in our homemade BBQ Sauce for a smoke-on-smoke finish.

Note: There is a $4500 minimum (before tax and gratuity) for Saturday events booked during the high season from May to October. Also, all menu prices are based on market value and we reserve the right to increase pricing without notice.
